  • Technical Writer - Change Healthcare
    2017-Current

    - Published an online service catalog detailing the products and services available from the Infrastructure, Operations, and Cloud Services (IOCS) organization.
    - Created a set of document templates to capture environment, application, and asset information to enable hundreds of servers to migrate from a hosted data center to an on-premises hyperconverged infrastructure.
    - Created end user and help desk documentation for a new Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment.
    - Supported audit efforts, policy development, procedure capturing, process improvement, technical reviews, and engineering evaluations through documentation, meetings, and interviews.

  • Lab Researcher and Developer - Cloud Academy
    2017

    - Created hands-on guided AWS laboratory exercises for the Cloud Academy technology training platform.
    - Researched laboratory topics such as databases, enterprise containers, Linux, Windows Server, and DevOps tools to provide context and information throughout the laboratory exercises.
